Observe problem first-hand. Work-session with client to identify most important elements of design to maintain throughout menu re-design.

Problem

1. Customers are  having difficulty knowing what client is offering
2. Not able to find items on the menu with ease
3. Older clients have expressed difficulty reading the menu
Research Study Objective:Observe customer interaction with client’s menu

Observation Findings:Takes customer extended time to find item, leading to frustration, longer wait time for client’s in line and in several cases leaving the establishment.
Solution:
Create clear and concise menu, while maintaing key design elements.
